Be The Difference In
Someone’s Life
Being a caregiver isn’t just a service – it’s a calling, focused on respect, compassion, and community. We honor our Indigenous legacy while welcoming caregivers of all backgrounds who share our commitment to meaningful home-based care. Because at the heart of every person we serve is the right to live with dignity, independence, and connection – honoring those we serve.
What Does A
Caregiver Do?
As a caregiver, you become part of a team that supports individuals in their homes and in the places they call community. Your role may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, mobility and transfers
- Supporting light housekeeping, meal preparation and safe transportation
- Helping individuals engage in their community, maintain routines, and stay connected
- Building respectful, trusting relationships with those you support and their families
- Advocating for their needs and helping them maintain their independence in a culturally-honored way
