Where Culture Guides Care.
From humble beginnings to a network of care that honors every person’s journey.
Seeing the vision.
It began with a matchbook and a mission. In 2003, Patricia (Pat) Marie Yager, driven by her deep roots within Indigenous communities, launched Circle of Life and Soaring Eagles to deliver culturally sensitive home care to people on and off tribal reservations. She started humbly, writing her phone number on matchbooks as business cards and visiting reservations. Her efforts quickly expanded from Minnesota’s Leech Lake Reservation to serve communities across Arizona, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Montana, all grounded in the belief that “honoring and serving our own people” builds dignity for both caregivers and clients.

Care Comes Full Circle
At Circle of Life, care is more than a service—it’s a cycle of compassion. From the moment someone reaches out, through the skilled support of our caregivers, to the lasting relationships built along the way, we’re here every step of the journey.
