Services That May Be Available to You
Depending on your situation, you may qualify for one or more of these services:
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) or Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
Support with daily activities that help individuals live safely and independently at home and in their communities.
You may qualify if:
- You receive Medical Assistance (Medicaid).
- You need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting.
- You currently receive PCA services or are exploring alternatives.
- You need assistance or redirection with behaviors.
245D Services (Minnesota Only)
Individualized services that help people build skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in their communities.
These services may include:
- Independent living skills
- Community participation support
- Employment support
- Individualized home supports
- Night supervision
- Adult companionship
Homemaking Services
Help with household tasks that make daily life easier.
Services May Include:
- Cleaning
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
Caregiver Opportunities
Family members and trusted individuals may be able to become paid caregivers.
You may be able to:
- Care for a loved one while receiving compensation.
- Choose who provides support.
- Receive assistance navigating the process.
