Born and raised in Detroit, Tia’s passion for caregiving began when she served as her niece’s Personal Care Assistant. That experience inspired her commitment to compassionate, community-centered care.
Tia has more than six years of healthcare operations leadership experience, with expertise in strategic operations, workflow improvement, compliance, quality assurance, and people-centered leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is completing dual MBAs in Business Management and Healthcare Management.
Outside of work, Tia enjoys spending time with her fiancé and four children. She loves roller skating, Oreos, lifelong learning, and exploring unique art. Tia is passionate about honoring those we serve, supporting strong teams, and creating systems that help staff and clients thrive.
