Tiffanie serves as the Regional Director of Operations in New Mexico, drawing strength and perspective from her Diné (Navajo) heritage. She is a first generation graduate with over 17 years of experience in long term care. Guided by resilience, compassion, and determination, she found her calling in supporting individuals with disabilities and the elderly. Her sincere love for her grandparents has instilled a deep commitment to providing compassionate care. Outside of work, Tiffanie enjoys capturing moments through photography, chasing waterfalls, and coffee.
